In order to help you with any issue you might have, the following is information is required:
The puzzle design number and title.
Your name and mailing address.
The 6 digit # starting with "P" or "LP" found embossed on the top flap of the box or on the slip of paper inside the box.
A brief description of what you need help with.
A picture of the puzzle, if you have one.
Your puzzle must have been purchased new and within the last 12 months. We don't need the receipt but need to know where you got the puzzle (if gift, say "gift").
