This is the 2nd puzzle I've bought from this brand. The pieces are slightly larger than 100 piece puzzles I've gotten elsewhere, which is good in viewing the finished puzzle and good for my four year old to make the puzzle. We both like all the colors and activity going on in this scene. It's a bright and colorful scene. My son is a fan of things involving, planes, trains, cars, and I like this in that it's not just a car, etc, but a real neighborhood scene with people and activity reminiscent of the Richard Scarry storybooks. Good looking and good fun. My four year old son has been making puzzles for about a year, starting with our help, and this 100 piece is enough difficulty to keep him busy on his own for 30 to 45 minutes.

Perfect for my kindergartener who loves puzzles - he can complete it all by himself, or with a buddy. The paper is high quality German construction. If you think there's no difference between this and the Melissa and Doug puzzles, you will be pleasantly surprised. I will pay a little extra for Ravensburger brand puzzles from now on. These puzzles will last for as long as we don't lose any pieces- even the box that it comes in feels nice and sturdy. (Several other brands have boxes that collapse at the corners eventually.) The puzzle image is detailed and fun for any kids who love puzzles, especially boys who tend to love fire trucks.

I bought this puzzle for my 4 year old son. The pieces are large enough for him. It keeps him busy for close to 30 minutes. I think it will take sometime for him to complete this puzzle all by himself. My only concern is the quality of pieces. They are getting worn out after a few attempts.

ravensburger fire department puzzle made a hit with my grandchild. I was very pleased with other puzzles by this brand-we always take a puzzle on vacation with the family and everyone enjoyed a 500 piece one this summer called Just Dessert.

My 5 year old son loves firetrucks so I knew this puzzle who be a big hit and it was. Unfortunately we lost some pieces months later but I would still recommend this to boys who love firetrucks !!!
