- Please be assured that your items will generally ship out within two business days of purchase unless otherwise noted during checkout. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx and other third party shipping partners.
- If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Deliveries generally occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact us during normal business hours. Please contact us as soon as possible with a cancellation request as we make all reasonable efforts to ship as quickly as possible. You can reach us by email at orders@jigsawexpress.com. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled, however you have the option to return the item by following the Returns and Refunds Policy.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you discover an error please contact us as soon as possible as we make all reasonable efforts to ship as quickly as possible. There is a $10 fee to correct a shipping address after the item has shipped. To request a change in address you must contact Jigsaw Express customer service via email at orders@jigsawexpress.com. Jigsaw Express customer service will contact you and ask for credit card information to process the $10 address change charge. If the item has not shipped we will make the correction at no cost.
